Nokia wireless charging plate flashing light

I can get the green light to turn on, my phone even recognizes the charger with a notification noise! However, almost every time I look over the light is red and no longer charging my phone. Thinking about returning tomorrow if my phone is not charged in the morning! If the phone vibrates and moves a tiny bit during the night it stops charging. Completely unreliable. Sometimes I must adjust the position of the phone on the charging pad, but the flashing green light indicating charging is occurring appears immediately. The charger has never failed to work, and I was pleasantly surprised with the speed.

After 6 months of use, I've been happy, and cannot imagine what a much more expensive charger would do for me. Rated 1 out of 5 by Spinesalyer86 from Waste of time and money Looks cool, costs a lot, waited forever for it, doesn't work. I leave my iPhone X with a lightweight case on the charger ALL night and its not even a third charged after like 10 hours.

My battery seems to go dead way quicker now too. Going back to my cheap charger and throwing this away. Waited 2 months for nothing. Rated 2 out of 5 by Mandel75 from iPhone slips out of the pad Slip out or to the side, especially if the vibrate function of the phone goes on new message or call. Needs an antislip sticker to be provided by Belkin. Also flashing light is very annoying and strong in bedroom. Rated 2 out of 5 by Talk2me from Stops charging every time I bought this right away for my iPhone X. I have no problem setting the device on the charger, in the case, and getting the green light to start blinking.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Delilah from Great! Charges quickly! Connects It's afforable and even charges no matter what case I have on. Rated 1 out of 5 by Asantag from Garbage I bought this wireless charger and upon arrival I set it up and much to my surprise hours later there was no sign of power in this device.

So i have just purchased a dud. The green light stays on and the phone shows the charging status, but the battery doesn't go up! Rated 1 out of 5 by Jahuffalumpk from Really poor product This is a really poor product considering the reputable manufacture. The device doesn't charge either my partners Samsung. It shall be returned back to the shop today and I shall not be requesting a replacement!

Poor show Belkin, get your technology sorted please! Rated 1 out of 5 by OKbloke from Annoying beeping anytime it's plugged into power Faint beeping like morse code anytime the darn power thing is plugged into the wall. Charging takes careful placement and it's slower than a tutle going uphill. Rated 2 out of 5 by Pears from Won't charge at all I bought this yesterday and have already given up on it. The light goes green for 1second and then flashes red..

Indicator lights

Can't get it to stay on charge. I don't have a case on my phone and it is on a flat stable surface. I kept trying to move it to position it so the light stays green but it won't. Now there doesn't seem to be any lights at all Rated 4 out of 5 by Husein from Great charger but has one flaw This is a great wireless pad. I bought it for my iPhone X while I am waiting for the 7.

It has worked great so far however, there is one issue. However, this is not the case. I am not sure if my phone did not charge or if the pad is just not working. Other than that, it works great. Maybe it is a defect. Rated 3 out of 5 by jakeb from As cool as it is, it has its flaws I bought this charger a week ago and have been using it on and off since then. As cool as it is, it had its flaws. The reason for this is that it sometimes stops charging in the middle of the night. This left me very annoyed as I have a long commute and I need my phone to do work.

I have been plugging it in because I worry that it won't charge. I can only use this if I am sitting at my desk making sure it charges. This product is not as reliable as I hoped, especially for the price when there are cheaper ones that get better reviews. Still undecided whether I will return it or not. I got it for my iPhone 8 plus. I lined it up as instructed.

Those who say the glass slides off are correct. If you don't have the charger completely flat, it will. This means your table or wherever you put it cannot have even a slight slope. It charges very slowly. Even after locating a perfectly level spot and lining it up correctly, it didn't charge adequately. Over a period of about 8 hours I feel like Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by Dhan from wounderful technology which suits smart phones it works - the only issue observed is while charging it shows red light many times means charging stopped?

Rated 1 out of 5 by ViviCook from Useless This thing will only charge if the phone is spot middle and with no case on it. Since it would be stupid to be using an iPhone made of glass without a case - you would need to keep taking the iphone out of the case to charge it - which is ultimately more work than just plugging the darned thing in.

So as a wireless charger - it is simply useless.

Nokia adds smart LED to its Qi wireless charging plate

Charging is slow anyway. And the product has practically no really usable description either - other than one tiny page that gives zero information on the product or how to troubleshoot or solve problems. Rated 5 out of 5 by mikie 22 from looks great so far the first charge looked like it worked. Rated 2 out of 5 by Iphone8 user from Great in Theory I bought this only yesterday and used it last night expecting my iphone 8 plus to be fully charged this morning however it did not charge at all.

The only way I can get it to charge properly is to remove the case but that is ridiculous to have to remove it every night to charge your phone, I might as well plug the phone in This one has a nice 2. I bought this charger 2 days ago and it already has stopped working!

Rated 1 out of 5 by JordanT from Absolutely Horrible. Very disappointed. I got this expecting to be able to lay my phone on this pad overnight and having it fully charged in the morning. I thought maybe I bumped it off the charging area overnight so I gave it another shot.

Rated 2 out of 5 by JesseG from iPhone 8 Plus not charging My brand new iPhone 8 Plus charged great once using this Belking Qi charger, but since that first time it typically doesn't deliver.

Or, like many other reviews here, the pad just displays a red light after several seconds. Rated 4 out of 5 by meatbll from Simple to use and reliable I recently purchased this to charge my new Moto Z2 Force phone with the an "off-grid" powerpack case and so far, it seems to be working as described. Rated 1 out of 5 by Ross from Intermittent charging Charger only works intermittingly. Sometimes the charger works fine from flat to full charge, other times I places the phone on the pad, it charges for 20 seconds, then the red light flashes to indicate it has stopped charging.

Will it overcharge the phone in this condition? Rated 5 out of 5 by Tomslad from Simple and efficient Just bought this from a third party store for my S6. Does just what the box says. Rated 5 out of 5 by ThisDude from Excellent and convenient! Just lay your phone on the pad and watch the light. You can quickly confirm it is charging.

Most important it is easy quickly pick up your phone and go. No more burnt out charging ports. Rated 2 out of 5 by Celeste from Bad design The Belkin wireless charger pad could be so much more amazing with better beta testing. The cord wont stay in and therefore you have to finagle it to actually charge and baby where you put it. It also wasn't tested on phones with cases, so that causes some issues as well. And lastly of course it doesn't have compatibility with other USB cables. Rated 5 out of 5 by taaa from Great product Some of you guys make me laugh. You either have a phone does bot support qi wireless charger or you just bought one that was faulty or you have no idea how to use it.

It's simple, reliable and extremely helpful as you can just place your phone on it and job done. Remember your Nokia doesn't support wireless charging so please don't leave a stupid comments that's not helpful for the other users at all. Great product, same quality as the original Samsung one and I highly recommend it I've been working in the phone shops over 6 years and I know my stuff Date published: I bought this 6 months ago. Fast and so easy, even my husband can use it. Thank you! Rated 4 out of 5 by Droid turbo from Great charge, Once you figure out best way to line it up it's great, however I know you can detach the USB from the wall outlet, I was wondering if you could then plug that into a computer, or in a car outlet and it would still charge?

Yes, it is kind of annoying trying to line it up all the time, and not having the mobility as a standard cable would give me, but it does it's job for what I bought it for. As I said earlier, it works great, however I am starting to get a little concerned with how hot it is making my phone and the charger. Having a brand new Galaxy s6 active, I do not have a removable back Anyways, great product, it charges my phone through a thick case quickly, but I have some serious concerns about the heating of my device.

Rated 1 out of 5 by agrichick45 from Annoying, not worth it Everything must be lined up totally right for it to charge. It takes forever. And it will be charging, and I will not touch it and it will suddenly stop charging. I have no idea how long it actually takes but it's always ready for me when I wake up. It does require being straight on the pad as described and I try to keep middle upper center on the device to the middle of the pad i.

I'd consider buying another one if it could be configured to incline for a stand up charger Date published: Rated 1 out of 5 by fay21 from doesn't charge s7 galaxy got this charger when i bought my s7 galaxy Rated 5 out of 5 by ChunkyFlap from Work's as described Bought this for my Samsung S6 and it works fine, can sometimes be sensitive to position however I found that if I remove my phone case it sorts this out.

I would read the below reviews with caution as it seem that all S7 owners have the same issue which might actually lie with the phone itself as I have used various phones on this pad with no issue's. Rated 2 out of 5 by scottalong88 from After some time the alignment is faulty I could put my S7 on the charger and it would just charge up. Now, it flashes red and it takes almost 15 changes of the alignment for the red light to change to green. I sometimes have to turn my phone off in order for the phone to charge. If it worked fine, then, after a month it changed Look at the other reviews It may be time to go back to the drawing room!

I love the idea of this charger Rated 1 out of 5 by gibbymt from slow charging for s7 Very slow charging, would take about 8 hours to charge an s7, need to align it perfectly. When I went to get the Samsung charging pad they didn't have any and they talked me into getting the Belkin charging pad. It charged for 2 days then it stopped charging my phone. I movie around and plugged it into other places and it still wouldn't charge. When I plug it in I get a liittle green light and nothing after that I even let it charge all day and still if I put my phone on it nothing!

After that, the charging slowed to an unbearable pace. Since the first use, I have not been able to charge my phone for more than a few minutes before it stops working the green light blinks but the phone does not charge , but most of the time it does not charge at all. I have tried different positions, outlets, even charging cables. This product does not perform as advertised, if it performs at all. I am sincerely disappointed with my purchase.
